We had a look at our system, and whilst your eSIM was correctly installed, it looks like data roaming was not active. Data roaming should remain active for your eSIM, and inactive for your primary SIM card. But don't worry, we have a money back guarantee and we have already issued a full refund for your order.
This is the second time I have used tripsim. It's easy to set up and use. I had to top up and that was easy as well.
I’m happy with the eSIM unlimited data bundle so far (halfway through the 30-day period). I wish tripsim could also offer option of voice calls so that the mobile service overseas is the same as at home - why is this so difficult?

After a few early hiccups mainly caused by myself being older & not very technically minded my eSIM is working perfectly now. This is the second year I have used this & have told family & friends who have all used these eSims. I have written instructions for myself ready for next year so hopefully I will set it up correctly earlier.
Terrible it doesn’t work and I would really like to get my money back I am in London and I had to get another SIM card very disappointed

Thank you for your review. We have checked your eSIM and it looks like it was not installed or activated on your device.
We sell digital SIM cards, they are not plastic and they need to be installed on your device by following the instructions we have sent to your registered email address, or by watching the installation guide videos on our website.
Without installing the eSIM on your device you won't be able to use the data you have purchased.
We have issued a full refund.

How much easier is this that trying to navigate buying a SIM card or arranging expensive international roaming on your phone! Loved the freedom and will use it again. Recommended to all family and friends for their travel needs! A winner!
