TripSIM Traveller Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

  1. These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and support of eSIMs to you.
  2. The sale and support of eSIMs relies on services being provided by third party service providers in the relevant jurisdictions.
  3. Each time you purchase an eSIM (or access Support Services) you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including Sydney Airport’s Privacy Policy, Sydney Airport’s Online Services Terms of Use, and the relevant privacy policies of our third party service providers, including Shopify, Inc, NLX, Inc, Zendesk and eSIM GO Limited.
  • Key terms to note
  • These Terms and Conditions are important and you should read them in full. However, we draw your attention in particular to the following provisions:

        1. to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law):
          1. you agree that we have no responsibility or liability to you or any person as a result of your access to and use of any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle and Support Services or your reliance on any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle and Support Services; and
          2. to the extent we are liable under these Terms and Conditions, our total maximum liability to you for all loss sustained, incurred or suffered by you arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) is limited for all claims in the aggregate to an amount equal to the eSIM(s) fees paid by you under these Terms and Conditions;
        2. the provision of eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services is dependent on services, including coverage, from our third party service providers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not represent, warrant or undertake the availability, continuous, uninterrupted, error free, virus free or secure access to and use of any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle and Support Services and you accept that any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle and Support Services is provided on an “as is, as available" basis;
        3. nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable legislation which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement, and the exclusions of and limitations on our liability in these Terms and Conditions do not apply in respect of any such statutory rights;
        4. we may (or our third party service providers may) collect and disclose your personal information to other third parties, including to provide you with the eSIM product and Support Services. Such third parties include Shopify, Inc, NLX, Inc, Zendesk and eSIM GO Limited. You are encouraged to carefully review and consider their privacy policies prior to sharing your personal information with us or them;
        5. each time you access and use TripSIM and the TripSIM Portal, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by Sydney Airport’s Online Services Terms of Use and Sydney Airport’s Privacy Policy;
        6. we may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time, including as required to reflect changes in the terms of supply of our upstream third party service providers. If we do so, we will post the new Terms and Conditions on TripSIM and will draw any changes to your attention and give you 30 days’ prior written notice of such variations, provided that it is practical and reasonable to do so. By continuing to use the eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle or Support Services after any variations to these Terms and Conditions, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions. However, if the varied Terms and Conditions detrimentally impact your use of the eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle or Support Services, you may cancel your eSIM by notifying us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
        7. it is your responsibility to undertake all necessary steps to turn off any international data roaming or other international roaming (including modifying any settings on your device and/or calling your domestic mobile network operator to ensure that you will not be charged any international data roaming fees or other international roaming charges).
    1. Term

    These Terms and Conditions commence on the date you purchase your eSIM(s) and expire when the first of the following events occur:

        1. all data in the relevant Data Roaming Bundle has been exhausted;
        2. the relevant Data Roaming Bundle has expired; or
        3. you return to Australia,

    unless these Terms and Conditions are terminated earlier, your eSIM is uninstalled or removed from your device or you top-up the relevant Data Roaming Bundle.

    1. TripSIM and TripSIM Portal
      1. Sydney Airport will use reasonable endeavours to make available to you TripSIM and the TripSIM Portal in order for you to purchase and manage your eSIM.
      2. Your access and use of TripSIM and the TripSIM Portal is subject to Sydney Airport’s Online Services Terms of Use and Sydney Airport’s Privacy Policy.
      3. Each time you access and use TripSIM and the TripSIM Portal you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by Sydney Airport’s Online Services Terms of Use and Sydney Airport’s Privacy Policy.
    2. Data Roaming Bundles
      1. Purchase
        1. To purchase an eSIM, you must access TripSIM. TripSIM allows you to browse the Data Roaming Bundles, access information on eSIMs and self-help guides, and make purchases.
        2. Once purchased, you will be issued with:
          1. instructions on how to create an account and set a password to use the TripSIM Portal; and
          2. a QR code to set up your eSIM along with instructions on how to Activate the eSIM. If you have an existing account, you will receive a new QR code for use with your existing account.
      2. Installation and Activation
        1. You acknowledge and agree that you will require Wi-Fi or alternative means of accessing the internet to install and Activate your eSIM (e.g. international data roaming for which your domestic mobile network operator’s international data roaming fees or other international roaming charges may apply and Sydney Airport will not be responsible or liable for such fees or charges).
        2. Subject to clause 14.2.2, any eSIM which is not Activated and used within 12 months of the purchase date will expire or may be cancelled by us, without any refund to you.
      3. Monitoring usage
        1. You can monitor your data usage and the days left in your Data Roaming Bundle in your TripSIM Portal. You acknowledge and agree that Sydney Airport is under no obligation to notify you when you are close to exhausting your data or the end of the Data Roaming Bundle.
        2. If your Data Roaming Bundle expires before any or all the included data is used, you will forfeit any remaining balance of any included data.
      4. Top-up
        1. You may purchase an additional Data Roaming Bundle from your TripSIM Portal, which is subject to availability and at the prevailing rate in force at the time.
        2. If the Data Roaming Bundle has expired before you top-up your Data Roaming Bundle, you may need to use Wi-Fi or alternative means of accessing TripSIM to purchase an additional Data Roaming Bundle if required (e.g. international data roaming for which your domestic mobile network operator’s international data roaming fees or other international roaming charges may apply and Sydney Airport will not be responsible or liable for such fees or charges).
      5. Domestic mobile network operator charges
        1. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any costs or expenses incurred by you from your domestic mobile network operator relating to:
          1. your international data roaming fees (as it is your responsibility to turn off international data roaming); and
          2. other international roaming charges (e.g. charges for incoming calls and text messages while you are overseas).
        2. It is your responsibility to:
          1. ascertain what international data roaming fees or other international roaming charges may be applicable to you and charged by your domestic mobile network operator to use international roaming overseas;
          2. undertake all necessary steps to turn off any international data roaming and other international roaming (including modifying any settings on your device and/or calling your domestic mobile network operator to ensure that you will not be charged any international data roaming fees or other international roaming charges); and
          3. ensure that you have completed the actions referred to in this clause 5.5.2, before you travel overseas.
    3. Support Services

    If you encounter any issues while purchasing, installing, Activating or using the eSIM, Sydney Airport (in conjunction with its third party service providers) will use reasonable endeavours to provide the following support services via TripSIM:

        1. useful information and ‘FAQ’ information that will be displayed on the homepage to allow you to independently trouble-shoot any issues;
        2. an AI-driven chatbot allowing you to ask questions on installing, Activating and using the eSIM; and
        3. if your query is not answered through the above options, you will be offered access to ‘human support’ whereby a ticket is lodged by the chatbot,

    (the Support Services).

    1. Third party service providers
      1. The provision of eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services is dependent on services, including coverage, from our third party service providers.
      2. We have endeavoured in good faith to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information about services, including network coverage. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not represent, warrant or undertake the availability, continuous, uninterrupted, error free, virus free or secure access to and use of any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle and Support Services.
      3. With respect to eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
        1. Sydney Airport may add and/or substitute functionally equivalent eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services in the event of unavailability, end-of-life, or changes to device requirements;
        2. the provision of eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services is subject to availability from third party service providers and, to the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to clause 12.4, Sydney Airport will have no liability should the eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services become unavailable for any reason (or are no longer available under reasonable commercial terms);
        3. your use of any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle and Support Services is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable third party service provider terms; and
        4. eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services are made available on an "as is”, “as available" basis.
    2. Restricted uses
      1. You must only use the eSIM(s) for the purposes of short-term travel in the relevant overseas countries.
      2. You must not use the eSIM(s) as a service in the territory in which you permanently reside.
      3. You must not:
        1. enable the eSIM(s) to be used within Australia;
        2. enable Permanent Roaming of the eSIM(s);
        3. engage in or contribute to any conduct that is disruptive or detrimental to any person, including Sydney Airport or the operation and functionality of the eSIM, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services;
        4. use any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle or Support Services for an obscene, defamatory, malicious or unlawful purpose;
        5. sell, resell, distribute, host, lease, rent, licence or sublicence, in whole or in part, any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle and Support Services;
        6. decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse assemble, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code, algorithms, tags, specifications, architecture, structure or other elements of any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle and Support Services; and
        7. provide, divulge or make available any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle and Support Services to any user other than you.
    3. Privacy
      1. When you purchase and use an eSIM we will collect, use and disclose your personal information as set out in these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with Sydney Airport’s Privacy Policy and our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
      2. By purchasing an eSIM through TripSIM and using the eSIM, you consent to Sydney Airport collecting your personal information, including your name, email address, destination(s), travel dates, marketing opt-in consent status, integrated circuit card identifier, details of any issues you encounter with the eSIM, including questions lodged via the TripSIM Portal or with human support (if applicable), installation status and your data usage information, such as a percentage total Data Roaming Bundle.
      3. We will use and disclose your personal information to provide you with the eSIM product and associated services via the TripSIM Portal, including to:
        1. deliver the eSIM product and associated Support Services to you;
        2. to manage our business relationship with you, communicate with you and for internal business management purposes, including to help us develop, improve, manage and administer the services we provide to you, including our eSIM service;
        3. allow you to use the full functionality of the TripSIM and TripSIM Portal, including to access Support Services;
        4. comply with our contractual obligations in relation to the eSIM connections process, and our own regulatory and legal obligations, including by disclosing your personal information and other information to our employees, contractors, authorised representatives and agents, third party service providers, relevant regulators and authorities; and
        5. as otherwise permitted or authorised by law.
      4. If you expressly opt in to receive marketing or promotional emails in relation to TripSIM, Sydney Airport or our strategic partners, we may use your personal information for activities, including market research, customer profiling, customer insights and targeted marketing activities (such as through social media and other online channels) and to communicate information about or promoting services, special offers, opportunities, products or benefits which are being offered by Sydney Airport or any of our strategic partners, customer airlines, tenants or associated organisations, including products and services tailored to your specific travel dates and destination(s). You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
      5. If you do not provide us with your personal information, we will not be able to facilitate your purchase of an eSIM or provide you with associated services, including the Support Services.
      6. When you purchase and use an eSIM you also consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by our third party service providers, including:
        1. when you make online payments using our website or the TripSIM Portal we do not collect your credit card or banking details. Online payments are handled by our third party service provider, Shopify, Inc;
        2. NLX, Inc and Zendesk, Inc who may provide Support Services to you in connection with your eSIM; and
        3. ESIM Go Limited who will supply your eSIM, and may also provide you with Support Services.
      7. Sydney Airport’s partners / service providers, including those listed above, handle your personal information in accordance with their own policies and procedures (which may include offshore disclosure). You are encouraged to carefully review and consider those policies prior to sharing your personal information.
      8. More information about the way in which Sydney Airport will handle your personal information is provided in Sydney Airport’s Privacy Policy which also sets out how you may access or correct your personal information, or make a complaint about a privacy matter.     4. Disclaimer
      1. You acknowledge and agree that:
        1. we may vary or restrict our eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services from time to time, including updates or modifications to our prices, data services, duration and/or territories;
        2. our eSIMs and Data Roaming Bundles provide a mobile data service only and do not support voice calls, short messaging services (SMS) or multimedia messaging services (MMS) (including access to emergency services), except to the extent such voice calls, SMS or MMS are made, sent and/or received using mobile data; and
        3. before purchasing an eSIM you have undertaken all necessary checks and assessments to confirm that your device is an eSIM-compatible device and that your device is not locked to a domestic mobile network operator.
      2. Sydney Airport makes no representation, warranty or undertaking about the accuracy, availability, reliability, timeliness, completeness, security or suitability of any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle, the Support Services or the eSIM compatibility of devices.
    5. Intellectual Property
      1. Your access to and use of the eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services, does not grant you any ownership (or licence, unless otherwise specified) rights in such eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services.
      2. You are not licensed to use any of our or our third party service provider’s trade marks in relation to the eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services without our express written permission.
    6. Australian Consumer Law, liability and indemnity
      1. The Australian Consumer Law sets out certain guarantees that may apply to the supply of services by us. These guarantees give you rights that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. The exclusion of guarantees and warranties, and the limitation of liability, in these Terms and Conditions, apply subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
      2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all implied representations, warranties, terms and conditions of any kind (whether implied by common law, statute or otherwise) and the application or availability of any statutory rights (including any implied representations, warranties, terms or conditions or any statutory guarantees). Where our liability with respect to any statutory rights may not be excluded, but may be restricted or modified by agreement, our liability is limited to:
        1. In the case of the supply of goods (at our election) doing any one or more of the following – the replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods or the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and
        2. In the case of the supply of services (at our election) doing either or both of the following – the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
      3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any indirect, Consequential Loss or damage or inconvenience sustained, suffered or incurred by you or any person as a result of your access to and use of any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle and Support Services or your reliance on any eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle and Support Services.
      4. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and subject to clauses 12.1, 12.2 and 12.2, to the extent we are liable under these Terms and Conditions, our total maximum liability to you for all loss sustained, incurred or suffered by you arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) is limited for all claims in the aggregate to an amount equal to the eSIM(s) fees paid by you under these Terms and Conditions.
      5. You are responsible for your use of eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services and your use of the eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services is at your own risk.
    7. Suspension

    We reserve the right to suspend your access to and use of the eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles and Support Services if:

        1. you are suspected or deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with us;
        2. you are behaving in an inappropriate manner in our reasonable opinion;
        3. our third party service provider’s network is disrupted or requires maintenance; or
        4. for any other reason (acting reasonably).
    1. Termination
      1. Your rights to terminate
        1. You may cancel or cease using your eSIM at any time (without any refund owing to you). Termination will take effect on the last day of the Data Roaming Bundle’s expiry.
        2. You may cancel your eSIM immediately, and we will, within a reasonable timeframe, refund to you a pro-rata amount for any unused portion of a purchased eSIM, if any of the following happen:
          1. we breach these Terms and Conditions, and have not remedied such breach within 14 days of receipt of a written notice from you requiring us to do so;
          2. a Force Majeure Event continues for a period of 30 days or more; or
          3. during your Data Roaming Bundle, we vary these Terms and Conditions in accordance with clause 15, which detrimentally impacts your use of the eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle or Support Services and you do not agree to the varied terms.
      2. Our rights to terminate
        1. We may cancel eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles or Support Services immediately (without any refund owing to you), if any of the following happen:
          1. you breach these Terms and Conditions; or
          2. we are required to do so by law, a decision of a government authority or for any other reason.
        2. We may cancel any eSIMs, Data Roaming Bundles or Support Services immediately, and will, within a reasonable timeframe, refund to you:
          1. the amount paid for any eSIM which was unable to be Activated (in our reasonable opinion); or
          2. a pro-rata amount for an unused portion of a purchased eSIM which was Activated but was unable to be used in the relevant destination(s) because we were unable to provide the data roaming service in the relevant destination(s).
    2. Variation
      1. We may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time, including as required to reflect changes in the terms of supply of our upstream third party service providers.
      2. If we do so, we will post the new Terms and Conditions on TripSIM and will draw any changes to your attention and give you 30 days’ prior written notice of such variations, provided that it is practical and reasonable to do so.
      3. By continuing to use the eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle or Support Services after any variations to these Terms and Conditions, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions.
      4. If the varied Terms and Conditions detrimentally impact your use of the eSIM, Data Roaming Bundle or Support Services, you may cancel your eSIM by notifying us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
    3. General
      1. These Terms and Conditions, as varied from time to time, constitute the entire agreement relating to its subject matter and supersede and cancel any prior drafts, versions, agreements, undertakings, representations, warranties and arrangements of any nature, whether in writing or oral, relating to such subject matter.
      2. Any provision of these Terms and Conditions that is held to be illegal, invalid, void, voidable or unenforceable must be read down to the extent necessary to ensure that it is not illegal, invalid, void, voidable or unenforceable. If it is not possible to read down a provision as required by this clause, part or all of the relevant provision of these Terms and Conditions that is unlawful or unenforceable will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions continue in force.
      3. The failure of a party at any time to insist on performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions is not a waiver of the party's right at any later time to insist on performance of that or any other provision of these Terms and Conditions. Any waiver by a party of a breach of these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and is not a waiver of any further breach of the same or any other provision.
      4. If Sydney Airport is wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions because of a Force Majeure Event then, Sydney Airport will not be liable to you for not performing, or for the manner of its performance of, such obligation to the extent that, and for the period of time during which, Sydney Airport is so affected. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Sydney Airport will, as soon as practicable after the Force Majeure Event arises, notify you of the:
        1. full particulars of the Force Majeure Event (including its nature and likely duration);
        2. obligations the performance of which is prevented or delayed; and
        3. nature and extent of the effect of the Force Majeure Event on those obligations.
      5. The laws of the State of New South Wales govern these Terms and Conditions, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
      6. A notice or other communication connected with these Terms and Conditions must be in writing.
      7. Each party warrants that it has the authority and right to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
      8. The rights, powers, privileges and remedies provided under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are cumulative and are not exclusive of any rights, powers, privileges or remedies provided under any other provision of these Terms and Conditions or by applicable law or otherwise.
    4. Interpretations
      1. Words and headings

    In these Terms and Conditions, unless expressed to the contrary:

        1. you” or “your” refers to the person purchasing and using the eSIMs;
        2. we”, “us” or “our” refers to Sydney Airport;
        3. words denoting the singular include the plural and vice versa;
        4. the word 'includes' in any form is not a word of limitation;
        5. where a word or phrase is defined, another part of speech or grammatical form of that word or phrase has a corresponding meaning;
        6. headings and sub-headings are for ease of reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions; and
        7. no rule of construction applies to the disadvantage of the party preparing these Terms and Conditions on the basis that it prepared or put forward these Terms and Conditions or any part of it.
      1. Specific references

    In these Terms and Conditions, unless expressed to the contrary, a reference to:

        1. any legislation (including subordinate legislation) is to that legislation as amended, re-enacted or replaced and includes any subordinate legislation issued under it;
        2. any document (such as a deed, agreement or other document) is to that document (or, if required by the context, to a part of it) as amended, novated, substituted or supplemented at any time;
        3. writing includes writing in digital form;
        4. 'these Terms and Conditions' is to these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time;
        5. 'A$', '$', 'AUD' or 'dollars' is a reference to Australian dollars;
        6. a clause, schedule or attachment is a reference to a clause, schedule or attachment in or to these Terms and Conditions;
        7. a person includes the legal personal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of that person, and in the case of a trustee, includes any substituted or additional trustee; and
        8. any body (Original Body) which no longer exists or has been reconstituted, renamed, replaced or whose powers or functions have been removed or transferred to another body or agency, is a reference to the body which most closely serves the purposes or objects of the Original Body.
    1. Definitions
      1. In these Terms and Conditions, unless expressed to the contrary:
    1. Activate (and Activated) means the point when you reach your overseas destination and the eSIM is activated and the Data Roaming Bundle you have purchased with the eSIM becomes ready to use automatically, without any further action from you (provided that you have installed the eSIM);
    2. Consequential Loss means any:
      1. loss or damage, not arising naturally or directly (that is, according to the usual course of things) from the relevant breach, act or omission, whether or not that loss or damage may reasonably be supposed to have been in the contemplation of the parties, when they entered these Terms and Conditions, as the probable result of that breach, act or omission; or
      2. loss of revenue, profit, opportunity, business, goodwill or reputation; failure to realise anticipated savings; loss or corruption of data; downtime costs; damage to credit rating; or penalties payable under contracts other than these Terms and Conditions (in each case, whether direct or indirect);
    3. Data Roaming Bundles means the range of data roaming bundles available, as updated from time to time, on TripSIM;
    4. eSIM means an embedded SIM that is a SIM that is built into certain devices. Unlike a physical SIM card, devices with eSIM technology allow a user to install multiple eSIM profiles (which each have their own integrated circuit card identifier) and use multiple numbers or data plans on the same device;
    5. Force Majeure Event means any:
      1. lightning strike, severe storm, earthquake, natural disaster, landslide, bushfire, mudslide or tsunami;
      2. sabotage, vandalism, malicious damage, riot or a 'terrorist act' as defined in the Terrorism Insurance Act 2003 (Cth);
      3. explosion, flood or fire;
      4. war (declared or undeclared), civil war, insurrection, invasion, rebellion, revolution, military action or usurped power, martial law, act of public enemy or embargo;
      5. ionising radiation, radioactive contamination, nuclear contamination or toxic, chemical or biological contamination;
      6. epidemic, pandemic or public health emergency, or any resulting governmental action, including work stoppages, mandatory business, service or workplace closures, full or partial lockdowns of affected areas, quarantines, border closures and travel restrictions;
      7. industrial action; or
      8. legislative, judicial, executive or administrative order, act or prohibition, imposed by any jurisdiction or government (whether Australian or foreign) and whether of general or particular application,

    that is beyond the reasonable control of Sydney Airport, was not caused by an act or omission of Sydney Airport, and could not have been prevented, avoided, mitigated, remedied or overcome by Sydney Airport taking steps a prudent and reasonable person would have taken in the circumstances;

    1. Online Services Terms of Use means Sydney Airport’s Online Services Terms of Use available at https://www.sydneyairport.com.au/info-sheet/terms, as updated from time to time;
    2. Permanent Roaming means a state where an eSIM is used for 90 consecutive days or more in a single territory;
    3. Privacy Policy means Sydney Airport’s privacy policy available at https://www.sydneyairport.com.au/info-sheet/privacy, as updated from time to time;
    4. Support Services means the services specified at clause 6;
    5. Sydney Airport means Sydney Airport Corporation Limited (ACN 082 578 809) and its subsidiaries;
    6. Terms and Conditions means these terms and conditions relating to the purchase and use of eSIMs, as updated from time to time;
    7. TripSIM means tripsim.com.au, as updated from time to time; and
    8. TripSIM Portal mean your user account portal / dashboard which allows you to manage your eSIM account, monitor your data usage, purchase top-up credit and access help desk support.
