      Sim did not work

      I have used tripsim before with no issue last year so I am aware how to set it up. This time I set it up the exact same and it did not work I wasn’t able to use any data from it, $70 wasted.

      We looked at your account and the eSIM is installaed correctly, but it looks like either it was not selected to be used for data or data roaming was inactive for your eSIM.

      Not the full solution.

      The e sim provided good internet coverage so we were able to communicate with What’s App however we could not communicate using text or phone calls. This is a significant problem with esim and we would probably not used it again.

      We do not offer a text or phone solution as we focus on providing travellers with a solid data connection.
      You can still use WhatsApp , FaceTime, iMessage and more to call and message friends and family.

      If voice and text messages are more important for you we may not be the most suitable solution for your needs.
