      Great option to alternative to Telstra but coverage wasn’t great

      Still expensive compared to buying a new sim

      Great option. Easy to download and use. Will definitely use again

      Plenty of instructions and communications -but make sure you follow the instructions to turn off your usual international roaming option as the esim doesn’t automatically take over!! I didn’t read my instructions properly and was using telstra IR for the first couple of days without realising- very costly!!

      eSIM 1st timer

      Sitting at the departure gate I noticed an add for tripsim. (Our daughter had recently used an eSIM for an overseas trip)
      So I scanned the barcode and downloaded.
      I must admit it took me a couple of attempts as I must not have filled the steps correctly.
      But once in NZ with data roaming switched on, it gave great service for the trip. Didn’t need to top up but that could be done as required.
      Would happily use trip sim for my next international trip.πŸ‘

      We are extremely clear in our marketing assets, including the website, that our eSIMs are mobile internet data only, 7-days or 30-days, and that they have specific data caps.

      You purchased a "3GB 30-day New Zealand" bundle, which means it includes 3GB of mobile internet data in total that you can use in a space of 30 days. We understand that you have purchased this under the impression that it was unlimited, but it's clearly advertised as 3GB 30-days.

      This is also outlined in our terms and conditions which you have accepted before purchasing your eSIM.

      We understand that you have used 100% of your New Zealand bundle and we are extremely happy that we were able to connect you during your holiday in New Zealand.
