      I found this a very difficult process and have been unable to install on my phone. While I agree I'm getting on in years it proved a waste of money as I had to pay for it before getting it installed

      I was unable to use the sim unless I was using Wii fii, actually waste of money.

      Sorry to hear about your experience. We checked your order in our system and it looks like you did not install the eSIM onto your device, that explains why you were not able to use it. Installation and activation instructions are available on the order confirmation page, on the order confirmation email and we also have step-by-step videos.

      Don't worry though, since you were not able to use your eSIM we have refunded your order in full.

      Coverage

      Mobile tower coverage in Las Vegas wasn’t the best and a bit on the slow side.

      Hi Brad, and thank you for the review. Did you know you can manually select a different network if the one you are using is too slow? You can do this from your network settings on your device.
