      Mixed feelings

      I do believe service has its value but there are also some things i believe can improve or be easier to do.
      Why cant you receive imessages with this service when in a WIFI area or is it possible but not explained?
      Why cant you simply top up an old existing ESIM or better explain how to.
      Why cant I deleted old ESIMS on my account (as there are multiple) or is there a explanation on "how To?".
      I do believe a phone contact would be useful as the chat function isn't great.

      Let us answer to each one of your questions:

      1) You can send and receive messages via iMessage with our eSIMs. Please make sure to follow the steps described in our knowledge base to do so: https://help.tripsim.com.au/hc/en-au/articles/6839738290447-How-to-use-iMessage-with-eSIM

      2) You can top-up a Tripsim eSIM you already have on your device if you had it for less than 12 months. Simply create an account on our website by using the email address associated with your purchase and you will be able to access your account dashboard to monitor your data usage and top-up your eSIM. You can also queue different destination bundles onto the same eSIM by using the top-up button. You can also simply save our website onto your device homescreen and use it as an app.

      3) Whilst you can uninstall an eSIM from your device, you can request the deletion of an old eSIM from your Tripsim account by sending a request to our team via this page: https://help.tripsim.com.au/hc/en-au/requests/new - we are working on functionality to allow users to do this directly.

      Since our eSIMs do not provide traditional phone/voice services we process support requests via the Help & Support page available on our website or via our chatbot SIMon.
